18.13 - Overview
Version 18.13 introduces a series of significant improvements focused on accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. This release addresses a major Recurring Billing issue where child invoices are incorrectly referencing their parent invoices when generating future charges - a long-standing concern now fully resolved to ensure accurate billing operations. In addition, multiple refinements have been made across Command Center, enhancing scheduling or dispatching performance, reporting reliability, and communication tracking.
Complementing these fixes, Version 18.13 also delivers a new collection of One-Click enhancements inspired by user feedback from our recent challenge. These updates simplify high-frequency tasks, reduce unnecessary steps, and provide greater flexibility in managing customer records, service calls, and automation settings. Paired with improved stability and syncing across our iOS and Android apps, this release reflects our continued commitment to delivering a smoother, faster, and more intuitive experience throughout the platform.
