We’ve enhanced the Service Agreement Dashboard by making the Lost Renewal Count drillable. This improvement allows users to drill down directly into the Service Agreement Report to view detailed information about which renewals are considered lost.

How it Works:

When you click on the Lost Renewal Count, the system automatically opens the Service Agreement Report, showing only those service agreements categorized as Lost Renewals.

To support this feature, a new status filter has been added: Lost Renewals.

Locating the Service Agreement Dashboard - Lost Renewal:

1. Click on Reports from the left-hand panel

2. Go to Service Agreement section

3. Click on Service Agreement Dashboard

4. Click on Lost Renewal tab
