One-Click - Service Agreement Dashboard - Dismiss Lost Renewal
We’re introducing a new mechanism that allows users to flag or dismiss Lost Renewals directly from the Service Agreement Dashboard.
This feature helps users manage and clean up their dashboard by hiding renewals that may not truly be “lost,” allowing them to focus on actionable items. This also provides a flexible way to manage these items without altering the actual agreement data.
How it Works:
When a Lost Renewal is dismissed, the selected renewal is flagged and removed from the default Lost Renewals view. You toggle to go to Dismissed Items View and on this view you can Restore dismissed items.
Dismissing a Lost Renewal:
Click on Report from the left-hand panel
Go to Service Agreement section
Click on Service Agreement Dashboard
Click on Lost Renewal tab
By default you will be on the Active View
Find an Active Lost Renewal
Click on the 3-dot menu
Select Dismiss
Add Dismiss Reason
Restoring a Dismissed Lost Renewal:
Click on Report from the left-hand panel
Go to Service Agreement section
Click on Service Agreement Dashboard
Click on Lost Renewal tab
Click on the Customize Button
Under Filter by Visibility, select Dismissed from the dropdown

Click on the 3-dot menu
Select Restore

Notes:
No actual Service Agreement data is deleted or modified; this change affects Reports only.
To maintain consistency across pages, dismissed items also will not show in the Service Agreement Report - Lost Renewal filter, and the My Dashboard widget "Not Renewed in Past 30 Days".
