One-Click – General Appointments – Add Timestamps for Status Updates
For General Appointments, users can now view timestamps showing when an appointment’s status was last updated. This includes details on who updated it and the exact date and time of the update.
This improvement helps track appointment progress more accurately, especially when an appointment is marked Completed.
In the Appointment Calendar, when viewing a General Appointment’s info icon, the following details are displayed:
Current Status
Updated By (user who made the change)
Date and Time of Update
Example:
Current Status:
Completed – Updated by User Vince on July 17, 2025 at 3:54 PM
This applies to all status changes, both when a General Appointment is created and when it is edited.
In addition, the Generic Call Report now includes the same current status details for General Appointments. The subject line in the report acts as a hyperlink that, when clicked, displays the Subject, Description and Current Status.
Steps to Access the Generic Call Report:
Navigate to Reports.
Under Service Call, select Generic Calls.
Apply the desired filters to view your report.
