One-Click - Call Handling Options for Unanswered Calls during Weekends
We’ve updated the Telephone Integration settings to let users set different actions for unanswered calls on weekdays and weekends. This change is available for both Business Hours and After Hours.
This gives users more flexibility especially those using custom voicemail messages by tailoring call handling based on the day of the week.
How it Works:
The system automatically applies the correct configuration that you assigned in the settings based on the day and time of the call - whether you want the unanswered call to be forwarded to another number or to voicemail with a more appropriate weekend message.
Locating the Setting:
Click on Settings from left-hand panel
Go to the Telephone Integration section
Click on Click on General Settings
Click on "Unanswered Calls During Business Hours" to configure Business Hours

Once the setting is configured, it will work automatically based on the current day of the week.
You can configure the setting to get the behavior you want regardless if a Weekend is considered a work day or not.
