One-Click - Improved Email Log and Opened Email Drilldown in Automation Report
We’ve enhanced the Automation Report and Email Log to provide better visibility into email engagement.
This update introduces an Open Status column in the Email Log, and improved drilldowns for delivered and opened emails, and an Email Open Rate metric from the Automation Report.
It also resolves a known issue with missing Automation Name filters in the Email Log to ensure report data is accurate and easy to manage.
How it Works:
The Email Log Report now includes an Open Status column (labeled “Open” or “Engagement”) showing whether an email was Opened, Not Opened, or N/A if delivery failed, and this column is also included in exports.
In the Automation Report, users can now drill down into Emails Sent, Delivered, and Opened, with a new Email Open Rate column displaying the percentage of opened emails out of those delivered.
Additionally, a searchable Automation Name filter has been added under the Email Category field to ensure accurate filtering and reporting when viewing automation-related emails.
Locating the Automation Report:
Click on Reports from the left-hand panel
