One Click – Service Call Info Icon – Manually Send Appointment Confirmation and Reminder
In the Appointment Calendar, users can now manually send Appointment Confirmation and Appointment Reminder messages directly from the Service Call Info icon.
When a user clicks on the info icon of a service call, two new icons are available:
Appointment Confirmation – Sends an appointment confirmation to the customer via email and text.
Appointment Reminder – Sends an appointment reminder to the customer via email and text.

Notes:
- This feature makes it much more convenient for users! There’s no need to go to the Customer Details page just to send a confirmation or reminder. Everything can now be done directly from the Appointment Calendar.
