We’ve added two important improvements to the Delete Log Report: an Export button and a Customer Name filter. These updates make it easier for users to locate and export deleted data more efficiently.

Export Button
You can now export the Delete Log Report using the new Export button. The export process works the same way as it does in the Customer Report, especially when there’s a large amount of data. This helps ensure the export process runs smoothly and consistently across reports.

Customer Name Filter
We’ve also added a Customer Name filter to help users search deleted data by specific customer names.

• The Customer Name filter is optional and works together with the Category filter.

• For example, if you select Customer: John Doe and Category: Invoice, the report will show all deleted invoices for John Doe.

• This same logic applies to other categories like Service Call, Diagnostic, and Customer Location.

Steps to Use the Delete Log Report

1. In the left menu, navigate to Reports.

2. Under Dashboards, go to Delete Log Report.

3. You can now filter by Customer Name.

4. You can also export the report.
