One Click - Customer Record – Shortcut to Close a Service Call
We’ve added the ability to close a service call directly from the Customer Record page. This improvement helps reduce the need to open the full Service Call page, saving time and improving workflow efficiency.
To avoid adding more buttons and cluttering the interface, all actions in the Open Service Call table are now organized under a 3-dot menu,
Steps to Access the Action:
Go to the Customer Record page.
Under the Open Service Call table, locate the service call you want to manage.
Click the 3-dot menu on the right side of the row.
Choose Close Service Call from the list.

- This enhancement gives users more flexibility when managing open calls, streamlines the closing process, and keeps the interface clean by grouping all actions under a single menu.
- There is no setting to activate this feature.
