Remove Email Address from Bounced List
We’ve added a new feature that allows users to remove email addresses from our Email Bounced List directly from the Email Log.
This improvement makes it easier to restore deliverability for valid email addresses that were mistakenly marked as bounced, while ensuring compliance with email reputation and anti-spam policies.
Important: You can only remove an email address from the Bounced List twice for compliance purposes.
What It Means to Be in the Bounced List:
An email address is added to the bounced list when emails repeatedly fail to deliver to the address.
Common reasons include:
The recipient’s email address no longer exists.
The recipient’s server has blocked or rejected incoming mail.
The domain or mailbox is temporarily unavailable.
Once an address is on the bounced list, no further emails are sent to it, even if future messages are valid.
This safeguard prevents repeated failed delivery attempts and protects overall sender reputation.
How it Works:
Users can manually remove an address from the bounce list up to two times per email address.
After each successful removal, the system tracks the count silently with no visible counter shown.
If the address has already been removed twice, the system will display a message that it cannot be further removed for deliverability and compliance reasons.
At this point, the button is hidden, and the email address is permanently locked from further removal attempts.
Locating the Email Log:
Click on Reports from the left-hand panel
Go to Email/Text section

Notes:
Each email address can only be removed from the bounce list twice.
This limit preserves sender reputation and ensures SPAM compliance.
Once the limit is reached, the removal button is no longer shown.
