Overview - 19.3
Version 19.3 includes a wide range of fixes and improvements focused on making the platform more stable, faster, and easier to use across both the Command Center and Apps. This release resolves several issues related to scheduling, recurring billing, invoicing, ESM proposals, repair tasks, and customer management. Key fixes include improvements to Legacy and Modern Calendar behavior, corrections to recurring billing processing, better syncing for ESM rebates and repair tasks, fixes for invoice and report discrepancies, and improvements to customer search and validation behavior. We also optimized customer search performance to provide faster and more reliable results throughout the system.
This release also introduces several usability enhancements designed to improve everyday workflows for both office staff and technicians. These include better support for special characters in customer names, a new slider for configuring voicemail recording time, improved dashboard search and category filtering, support for changing recurring billing dates, stronger duplicate prevention for customer locations synced with QuickBooks, expanded photo upload handling in the Apps with background sync, the ability to save credit cards for future billing, new map support for location pages, and a technician photo cropping tool for easier profile image management. Together, these updates help create a smoother, more consistent experience across the platform.
