We’ve added the ability to mark ESM Proposal Templates as Active or Inactive, providing a safer alternative to permanently deleting templates. Previously, the only option was to delete a template, making it difficult to retain older templates for future reference or temporary reuse. With this enhancement, dealers can now deactivate templates they no longer use while keeping them available for future activation if needed. To support this new workflow, the ESM Proposal Template Report has also been updated with filters that allow users to view Active, Inactive, or All templates, making template management more flexible and organized.

Locating ESM Templates:

1. Go to Settings

2. Under ESM Settings, click on Proposal Templates

Filtering Statuses:

1. From Proposal Templates page, click on Filter button

2. Click the dropdown next to the Status field

3. Select Active, Inactive, or Both

4. Click Apply

Activating/Inactivating a Template:

1. From Proposal Templates page, find a Template you want to update

2. Click on the 3-dot Menu

3. Click Set to Inactive if it is Active

4. Click Reactive if it is Inactive
