We've enhanced ESM financing management by giving dealers the option to apply updated financing values to existing open proposals. Previously, changes to the Monthly Payment Calculator (MPC) or One-Time Contractor Cost only affected proposals created after the update, leaving existing open proposals with outdated financing information unless they were manually recreated or adjusted. With this enhancement, users can now choose whether to apply the new financing values to their current open proposals, making it easier to keep financing information accurate and up to date while still allowing dealers to preserve existing values when needed.

Updating ESM Financing Values:

1. Go to Settings

2. Under ESM Setup, click on Financing

3. Find a Finance Company and click on Edit

4. Find and Expand Finance Plan

5. Change the Monthly Payment Calculator (MPC) and/or One Time Contractor Cost

6. Save
