Notes:
For Chrome:
When this Chrome setting is enabled, the browser automatically deletes site data, including cookies, every time all Chrome windows are closed.
Since the trusted browser information is stored in browser data, deleting it causes the system to treat the device as new and require OTP again.
If the issue continues after disabling this setting, additional browser settings, extensions, or security software may also be clearing cookies or site data and should be investigated.
For Firefox:
If either of these settings is enabled, Firefox removes the cookies used to recognize the trusted browser, resulting in an OTP prompt the next time the user signs in.
For Edge:
If this option is enabled, Edge deletes the cookies that store the trusted browser information each time the browser is closed, causing users to be prompted for OTP again.
