We’ve enhanced ESM Proposal material management by allowing users to apply newly added materials to one, multiple, or all proposal options at the same time. Previously, materials had to be added individually to each option, making the process repetitive and time-consuming, especially for larger proposals. With this enhancement, users can quickly distribute materials across the desired proposal options in a single step, while still having the flexibility to apply them only to specific equipment or components within an option when needed. This significantly reduces manual effort, speeds up proposal creation, and provides greater control over how install materials are assigned.

Adding Materials to ESM Proposals:

1. At the top, click on the blue Actions button

2. Under ESM, click on Create ESM Proposal

3. Add a Proposal Option

4. Click on 3-dot menu

5. Click Edit What's Included

6. Click on the New Material tab

7. Enter in the details

8. Save
