Telephone & Athena - AI Transcript and AI Summary for Audio Recordings
We’ve enhanced Telephone and Athena call recordings by introducing AI-powered transcripts and summaries, making it easier to turn recorded conversations into useful, actionable information. Instead of listening through entire recordings or manually taking notes, calls now automatically generate a transcript and create a concise summary with key discussion points, customer concerns, action items, and follow-up tasks. These AI-generated notes can then be used for customer account documentation, follow-up emails, internal support, training, or issue tracking, helping teams save time, improve consistency, and quickly capture the most important details from every conversation.
Locating AI Transcript and Summary in Telephone Module:
Go to Calls
Go to any tab with available calls (Not Booked, Inbound Booked, Outbound, and Outbound Booked)
From the List, find a call and click on the AI Transcript or AI Summary Button
Locating AI Transcript and Summary in Athena Module:
Go to Modules
Go to Athena and find Tune-Up Scheduling
Click on Manage Solution
Go to Operate & Optimize
Go to Customer Call Results Log
From the List, find a call and click on the AI Transcript or AI Summary Button

Notes:
For the Telephone Module pages, you will need to have Telephone enabled.
For the Athena Module pages, you will need to have both Telephone Module and Athena enabled.
