Customer Location Validation for Duplicate Prevention in QuickBooks
We’ve improved validation checks for duplicate Customer Locations to help prevent syncing issues with QuickBooks—one of the more common pain points affecting daily workflows. The system now validates both the Location Name and Street 1 Address fields to ensure they remain unique within a single customer record. By preventing duplicate locations from being created, this enhancement helps maintain cleaner customer data and improves overall syncing reliability between P3 and QuickBooks.

Implemented for Command Center, iPad, iPhone, Android Tablet, and Android Phone Apps.
Please note that in the Apps, editing a Customer Record also includes Address Edit so this will be checked in that page as well.
