Configurable Maximum Voicemail Recording Time - Changed to Slider
We’ve improved the Maximum Voicemail Recording Time setting to make it much easier and more intuitive to configure. Previously, the setting required users to enter the recording limit in seconds, which often required manual conversion from minutes and could lead to confusion or incorrect values. With this update, the setting now uses a simple slider control that allows users to select the recording duration directly in minutes, with available options ranging from 1 to 10 minutes. This creates a cleaner and more user-friendly experience while ensuring voicemail limits are configured quickly and accurately.
Locate Setting:
From left-hand panel, click on Settings
Scroll down to Telephone Integration
Click on General Settings
Click on Unanswered Calls During Business Hours or During After Hours - each have separate setting for Voicemail Duration
Set Voice Mail Duration by desired length in Minutes using the slider

There needs to be atleast one Send to Voicemail Action for the Voice Mail Duration setting to appear.
Default Voicemail Duration is 1 minute.
