Version 18.7 - Overview

In 18.7, we focused on bringing several ideas from the One-Click Challenge to life. Three key enhancements went live:

  • Customer Record – Service Agreement Status now appears in the Location dropdown
  • Customer Record – Proposal Table now provides access to the Financial Summary and Material List
  • Internal Notification – Customer Accepted ESM Notification now includes the Material Order List

We sincerely appreciate everyone who contributed their ideas to the challenge. Stay tuned for more exciting updates in the future!

Additionally, we addressed various bugs affecting the Dispatching, Invoicing, and Reporting modules, along with a few issues related to Diagnostics and Service Agreements.

Beyond the One-Click enhancements, we also implemented several quality-of-life improvements across the Dispatching, Invoicing, and Reporting modules to streamline workflows and enhance user experience making this one of our Major Updates.

 

Bugs Fixed

  • Calendar - Editing Scheduled Calls defaults to the original schedule date instead of the actual scheduled date (14168)

  • App - Appointment Confirmation - No prompt for Invoice Creation (12882)
  • Android Apps - False warning of an existing call on a timeslot you are trying to schedule a call on (14340)
  • App - Schedule Display defaults to Legacy View regardless of setting (14366)
  • Pre-Appointment Questionnaire - Yes/No questions are defaulting to "No" even when not answered (13792)
  • App - Automatically generating invoices when adding new calls from App (13860)
  • Invoice Price discrepancy between Command Center and App due to a delay in Sync (14166)
  • Invoice Summary - Customer Name link pulls up a different customer (13770)
  • Payments done through Ecrypt are not processing due to Customer Address Zipcode not Saving in the correct format (14163)
  • Invoice Amount Discrepancy when Sales Tax used has 3 digits after the decimal point (14314)
  • Customer Record or Service Location missing when created from Old ESM Method (13703)
  • 2-Way Texting - Some System Texts are not getting posted on the threads (14146)
  • Service Agreement - Tune-up Counter is Zero when Invoice status does not match between App and Command Center during Syncing (14135)
  • Random App Crash on Android and iOS Tablets Apps (14055)
  • iOS App - Clicking on Customer Phone Number does not initiate a call (14053)
  • Apps - Random Issue with Automatic Sync not triggering (14326)
  • Apps - Diagnostic Report - Notes are copying over to other System's Components (14273)
  • iOS - Zooming-In not working on Diagnostic Photos (14345)
  • Created Proposals are not showing up in Recent History (12923)
  • Quickbooks - Customer not syncing due to incorrect Billing and Service Location Name validation (14359)
  • Email - Test Email links not working (13991)
  • Email - Review Email Personalization Variables are displaying the code instead of the data (13995)
  • Invoice is searchable but is missing in the Customer Details Page (14371)
  • Random "500 Server Error" on My Dashboard, and System/Equipment pages (14391)
  • Invoice - Missing Service Agreement Discount and Coverage Dates when Renewing Service Agreements (14328)
  • Calendar - Missing service call display due to Call Overlap when increasing a Call's Duration (14197)
  • Leaderboard - Data discrepancies on Total Sales and Equipment Sales tab due to ESM related issues (13856)
  • Review Confirmation Box - Design of pop-up box is not standard causing confusion when sending out P3 Reviews (14360)
