Version 18.7 - Overview
In 18.7, we focused on bringing several ideas from the One-Click Challenge to life. Three key enhancements went live:
- Customer Record – Service Agreement Status now appears in the Location dropdown
- Customer Record – Proposal Table now provides access to the Financial Summary and Material List
- Internal Notification – Customer Accepted ESM Notification now includes the Material Order List
We sincerely appreciate everyone who contributed their ideas to the challenge. Stay tuned for more exciting updates in the future!
Additionally, we addressed various bugs affecting the Dispatching, Invoicing, and Reporting modules, along with a few issues related to Diagnostics and Service Agreements.
Beyond the One-Click enhancements, we also implemented several quality-of-life improvements across the Dispatching, Invoicing, and Reporting modules to streamline workflows and enhance user experience making this one of our Major Updates.
