One-Click - Internal Notification - Include Material Order List on Customer Accepted ESM Notification
In Version 18.7, we implemented a setting that will allow you to include the Material Order List in the Internal Notification that company receives whenever an ESM proposal is accepted by a customer online.
This is especially helpful in keeping track of the materials needed for the installation so users can prepare them beforehand without having to go into the individual proposals via the Command Center to get them.
Enable the Setting:
- From the Left Menu, click Settings
- Find Email/Text Communication
- Click Email-SMS General Settings
- Find Proposal Settings
- Enable "Send Notification to Company when Proposal is Accepted by Customer"
- Find Include Material Order List PDF and set to Yes

- You can set multiple emails by adding a comma (,) in between emails.
