Create New Service Call - Ability to Add Notes under Customer Summary Section
On the New Service Call page, under Customer Summary, there are sections that display important information about the customer—one of which is Customer Notes. Previously, you could only view and edit existing notes. To add a new note, you had to navigate to the customer record. To reduce the number of clicks and improve efficiency, we’ve added the ability to add Customer Notes directly from this page.

Notes:
- There is no setting required to enable this new button or feature.
- Use Customer Notes to capture and maintain key information about the customer or service location in a single, centralized location—readily available to CSRs and technicians for future service calls.
