Improved Credit Card on File Functionality
In Version 18.7, we have significantly improved the card storage functionality by making it easily accessible from the Customer Record, and allowing usage not only for Recurring Billing but also for regular one-time payments.
Implemented Changes:
- Add and Remove stored cards from the Customer Record itself
- Use Existing Card from File to process Payment

Notes:
- Card Storage functionality is only available for accounts with Card Processing Integration - either with Global or Ecrypt. Please reach out to your Account Manager to sign up.
- New recurring billing do not automatically use any of the stored card. They must be set manually.
- Existing card storage functionalities are still available and go hand-in-hand with the new update for a more versatile experience. This includes:
- Selecting Credit Card on File to use for Recurring Billing
- Adding new cards on file when doing payment
