2-Way Texting - Automated After-Hour Text Response
In Version 18.7, we added a feature in 2-Way Texting that allows auto-responses to to after-hour texts from your customers.
With this you can setup a brief and helpful response to acknowledging their text, letting them know your office is closed, or that you will get back with them as soon as possible. The combinations are endless but it is best to keep your message short.
Locate the Settings:
- From the Left Menu, click Settings
- Find Email/Text Communications
- Click Email-SMS General Settings
- Find 2-Way Text Settings
- Find Auto-reply to after-hours texts?

Notes:
- This update is only available for the 2-Way Text feature which allows replying to customers. If you would like to upgrade to this feature, please contact your Account Manager.
- This setting is disabled by default.
- After-hours is any time outside the timeframe that has been setup in the Working Hours and Days Settings Page. Visually it is the grey area observed in the Dispatching Calendar.
