Service Agreement Dashboard - Drilldown link in the Summary
In Version 18.7, we have made the summary in the Service Agreement Dashboard drillable. Clicking on the numbers will take you to the Service Agreement report and show you the breakdown.
To compliment this change, we also added a new Status filter in the Service Agreement Report to show non-service agreement customers which links to the Customer with No Service Agreement number.
Locate the Report:
- From the Left Menu, click Reports
- Find Service Agreement
- Click Service Agreement Dashboard

Notes:
- Clicking on the numbers open up a new browser tab to the drilldown report so you get to keep the SA Dashboard tab. Convenient!
- The new filter provides a breakdown for the No Service Agreement Customer number which is originally not part of the Service Agreement Report.
