In Version 18.7, we have made a neat update in the Company Dashboard in order to see how well your Technician are doing in terms of Review Ranking and Review Completion. You can find this as two new widgets under the Company Technician KPI.

Clicking on Review Completion will take you to the Internal Review Report to show you the breakdown of the data. On this Report you will also notice that we've implemented a Technician Filter so you can view the reviews per Tech.

You can set the goal from the KPI Settings which is adds a nice touch to see if your technicians are performing well (green) or are a bit behind (red).

Setting Review KPI Goals:

• From the Left Menu, click Settings
• Find Company Settings
• Click KPI & Conversions
• Click KPI Settings Tab
• Set the Review Ranking and Review Completion goal
