Company Settings - Tags - Added Edit Criteria and Sort buttons
When you create or edit Tags for Customers, Service Calls, Invoices, Equipment, Service Agreements, and ESM Proposals, we made the report easier to use by adding sorting buttons to each column. We also added an 'Edit Criteria' button so you can filter the report by Module, who created the Tag (Admin or Technician), and whether the Tag is Active or Inactive.
Steps to Access the Tags Report
- In the left menu, navigate to Settings
- Under Company Settings, click on Tags
