We’ve enhanced the SPIFF feature by introducing dedicated user roles that provide better control over access and approval responsibilities. Dealers can now assign users as Managers, who have full access to all SPIFF functions, or as Approvers, who are limited to reviewing and approving SPIFF entries without access to management or configuration features. This enhancement gives companies greater flexibility in assigning responsibilities, strengthens internal controls, and helps ensure the SPIFF approval process follows the appropriate workflow while limiting access based on each user's role.

Locating New User Permission:

1. Go to Settings

2. Under Users, click on Admin Users

3. Find a User and click on 3-dot menu

4. Select Edit

5. Scroll down to SPIFF and set SPIFF Role Assignment

6. Save
