Card Expiration Report and Expiration Alert
We’ve introduced a new Card on File Expiration Report to help dealers proactively manage expiring payment methods and reduce recurring billing failures. Previously, dealers often discovered that a customer's card had expired only after a scheduled recurring payment failed on the billing date. With this enhancement, dealers can now identify cards that are nearing expiration before they become a problem. In addition, the report can be configured as an internal alert, allowing dealers to automatically receive a monthly email listing all cards set to expire in the following month. This gives staff time to contact customers, update payment information, and help ensure recurring billing continues without interruption.

Notes:
You will need permission to access the Card Expiration Report.
By default the report will be showing Expiring Cards next month but you can filter this to future date or past date to find "Expired" cards.
The alert will send by the end of each month and shows expiring cards for next month.
