ESM Proposal Email - Edit Email Body before Sending

We’ve added the ability to review and edit the email body before sending ESM Proposals, giving users more control over customer communication. Similar to the existing invoice email workflow, users can now see the proposal email content before it is sent and make any necessary adjustments to the message. This helps ensure the email is clear, accurate, and tailored to the customer, while also reducing the need to rely only on default template content when sending proposals.

Notes:

  • This functionality is currently available for the Command Center only.

  • When "Include the Proposal PDF as an attachment" is checked, and you have the following variables in the Email Body $IncludeCompareProposalPDF and/or $IncludeSelectedOptionPDF, only the corresponding PDF from where you are sending at will be sent. So if you want both attachments in the body, leave this box unchecked.
