We’ve added the ability to edit the AFU (Annual Fuel Utilization) value when creating or updating equipment rebates. Previously, AFU values were stored as 0 in the system because there was no way to enter or maintain this information within the system. As a result, rebates could not detect the correct equipment when creating proposals. With this enhancement, users can now maintain AFU values directly on equipment records, ensuring rebate calculations have access to the correct data and improving the overall accuracy of ESM proposal pricing and rebate estimates.

Locating ESM Rebates:

1. Go to Settings

2. Under ESM Setup, click on Coupons/Rebates

3. Add New Rebates or Edit Existing Rebates

4. Select AFU from Performance dropdown and set the Value
