We’ve improved the Technician Photo upload experience by adding a built-in cropping tool to both the Technician Add and Technician Edit pages. Previously, users experienced issues when uploading photos that did not match the system’s required 1:1 square ratio, often resulting in images appearing sideways, improperly centered, or difficult to position correctly. With the new cropping tool, users can now easily adjust, reposition, and crop photos before saving, ensuring technician profile images display properly and consistently throughout the platform regardless of the original image dimensions or orientation.

1. Zoom In/Out

2. Resize Frame

3. Drag and Drop Frame

Locate Cropping Tool:

1. From Left Panel, click on Settings

2. Under Technician section, click on Technician link

3. Add or Edit a Technician

4. Click Choose or Change Photo

5. Select a Photo from your Computer
