Open Call List - Next Attempt and Last Note - for Outbound Calling
Easily Track Your Customer Call History.
Keeping track of customer calls on your Open Call List just got easier with P3! You can now set a Next Follow-Up Date and enter Call Notes, making it simple to manage service agreement customers who haven’t scheduled their tune-ups yet.
We know reaching customers can be challenging—they’ve already paid for a tune-up, and it’s your job to ensure they receive the service. More importantly, each interaction keeps your company top of mind. With the Next Attempt & Last Note fields, you can quickly see when you last reached out and plan your next call strategically.
Here, there is no setting to activate. Simply go to the Open Call List beneath the Dispatch Calendar and the table will have 2 new columns
- Next Attempt
- Last Note
To add a Next Attempt Date, simply hover the mouse in the blank space. A calendar control will automatically appear. Select the date and viola, you have set the date in one click.
For the note, click the 3 dot menu and select "Add Note". When you add a note, the software will automatically add the date to the display so you can see when you last left the note.
You can add multiple notes for a single open service call. To view your note history, click the information icon.

Notes:
- There is no setting to activate. They will automatically display on the Open Call list.
- This is our first instance of making it easy to add and update information. Rather, than click a button to add the date, you can just put your mouse in the field to activate the field. Here, you can then set the date. Look for fields like this in the future.
- When adding a note, the software will automatically put the current date into the note field.
