Email Blast - Summary and Report
In Version 18.6, we've enhanced the Report Email Blast functionality by introducing a completion summary after successfully processing one, and incorporating a dedicated Report for better insights.
Reports with Email Blast Functionality:
- Customer Report
- Invoice Report
- Equipment Report
- Service Call Report
- Service Agreement Report
Sending an Email Blast:
- Locate the Report of your choosing
- Update the criteria or filter as needed
- Select the Recipients individually or select All with the top box
- Click Actions button
- Select Send Email
- Select Template
- Submit
Email Blast Report Location:
- From the Left Menu, click Reports
- Find Email/Text Section
- Click on Email Blast

Notes:
- Blue links can be clicked to see more details such as the numbers of Email Sent.
- Email Blast can only be done in Reports where you have the Actions > Send Email option.
- Report Email Blast is a different functionality from Automations.
