In Version 18.6, we've enhanced the Report Email Blast functionality by introducing a completion summary after successfully processing one, and incorporating a dedicated Report for better insights.

Reports with Email Blast Functionality:

• Customer Report
• Invoice Report
• Equipment Report
• Service Call Report
• Service Agreement Report

Sending an Email Blast:

• Locate the Report of your choosing
• Update the criteria or filter as needed
• Select the Recipients individually or select All with the top box
• Click Actions button
• Select Send Email
• Select Template
• Submit

Email Blast Report Location:

• From the Left Menu, click Reports
• Find Email/Text Section
• Click on Email Blast
