Schedule a New Call - Select from Customer's Existing Open Call List
In Version 18.6, we introduced a feature that enables you to book existing Open calls directly when scheduling a new call.
This basically works anywhere in the software where you can book New Service Calls and triggers when selected customer has Open Calls.

Notes:
- No special setting to activate this so this will work onset.
- If customer doesn't have existing Open Calls, the only is to Create New Service Call.
