Online Dispatching – Set the number of days for Advance Booking Settings
We introduce a new update to our Online Dispatching settings that offers flexibility in managing appointment scheduling. Previously, the "Allow appointments to be Scheduled Up to" option in the Dispatching Online Settings allowed users to schedule appointments only up to a certain number of months in the future. With this update, we've added the option to schedule appointments in days rather than just months, making it easier to set precise booking windows.
How to set it up:
To adjust this setting, follow these simple steps:

Navigate to Settings: Open your system’s settings by clicking on the gear icon.

Go to Dispatching Online Settings: From the settings menu, select Dispatching Online Settings.

Access Availability Settings: Scroll down to the Availability section.

Locate Advance Booking Settings: Under Advance Booking Settings, you will see the option titled "Allow appointments to be Scheduled Up to".

Select ‘Days’: In the drop-down menu for this option, you'll now find "Days" as a new choice. You can now enter the number of days you wish to allow appointments to be scheduled in advance.

Example Use Case:
Imagine your company experiences seasonal fluctuations or prefers to manage a steady stream of appointments. By setting the advance booking window to, say, 15 or 20 days, you can ensure that customers are not booking too far into the future, which can help with scheduling efficiency and allow for better resource management.
