Modern Edit Service Call and Closed Service Call Pages
In 18.6, to improve efficiency and enhance user experience, we have updated both the Edit Service Call page and the Completed Service Call page with a modern view. These updates aim to bring more relevant information above the fold for quicker access. Our goal is to streamline workflows and make essential data more visible at a glance.
Accessing the New Settings
To switch to the modern view for service calls, follow these steps:

Navigate to Settings.

Under Dispatching Settings, click on Dispatching - General Settings.

Locate the Service Call settings, where you will find two new settings:

Edit Service Call Display

Closed Service Call Display

Change both settings from Legacy to Modern to enable the improved interface.
- Save.
Modern Edit Service Call Page
In the modern version of the Edit Service Call page, we have optimized the layout by reorganizing sections such as:

Customer Info
-
Service Call Information
-
Calendar
Additionally, under Customer Info, there are boxes for important data such as Customer Contact Details, Service Agreements, Systems/Equipment, Filters, and Tags.
Modern Closed Service Call Page
Similarly, the Closed Service Call page has been redesigned for better organization and readability. Now, all relevant service information is presented in a structured manner, allowing users to quickly review and verify completed service calls with ease.

Notes:
- For all dealers, the default setting will be Legacy. To view the pages in the modern view, you will need to manually change the setting from Legacy to Modern.
