Saving Search Criteria in the Open Call List
When using the Dispatch Calendar, users frequently need to search for specific appointments in the Open Call List. When users navigate away from the list, their search criteria are lost, requiring them to re-enter the search parameters. As a result, the functionality to save or remember search criteria has been implemented. Also, a 'Clear' button has been added to allow users to reset the search to default.
How It Works:

Go to the Appointment Calendar: Begin by opening the Appointment Calendar.

Open the Call List: Navigate to the Open Call List where you can view the appointments.

Click on 'Edit Criteria' on the Left Side: This option allows you to filter appointments by specific criteria such as:

Date
-
Call Type
-
Zone
-
Tags
-
Zipcode
-

Perform a Search: Use the available filters to narrow down your results.

Navigate Away from the List: Once you leave the Open Call List, whether to access customer details or another page, your search criteria will be saved.

Return to the Open Call List: When you come back, your previous search parameters will still be applied, so you don't need to re-enter them.
Added 'Clear' Button:
To further enhance usability, we've added a 'Clear' button next to the search criteria. This button allows you to quickly reset the search to its default state, removing all filters and returning the view to its original configuration.
