This report displays a summary the types of calls received by the CSRs.  This report is adding up the Call Dispositions of the answered calls for the given time period.

  • Pie Chart
  • Tabular

Drill Down

Clicking on the value in the report will take the user to the Call Log Report for the Time Period.

Available Time Periods

  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Year
