Call Trend
This report displays the number of calls over a given time period with the goal to see volume changes over time. The report will show the last 7 time periods - days, weeks or months.
All incoming calls are counted - unanswered and answered.

Target
This report allows for a target to be set for the time period selected. For example, if you need to average 20 calls per day, the report will draw a line to indicate those days that were above or below the target.
Drill Down
Clicking on the value in the report will take the user to the Call Log Report for the Time Period.
