Incoming Call Source

This report displays the total number of calls coming from each line/lead source.  Remember each phone call is linked to a lead source (or should be).  This report displays the calls coming from each lead source that is tied to a phone number.

All incoming calls are counted - unanswered and answered.

Displays

  • Graph
  • Tabular

Drill Down

Clicking on the value in the report will take the user to the Call Log Report for the Time Period.

Available Time Periods

  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Year
