CSR Call Volume
This report displays the total call volume by a CSR for a given time period. If a CSR declines a call, this will be included in the count. The purpose of the report is to show who is answering the phone the most.

Drill Down
Clicking on the value in the report will take the user to the Call Log Report for the Time Period.
