CSR Conversion Rate
This report displays the conversion rate for the CSRs. The conversion rate of the CSR is the percentage of bookable calls that were actually booked - a service call was created.
For example, if there were 10 calls, 4 were bookable and 3 resulted with a new service call, then:
- Booking Rate = 40% (4 out of 10)
- Conversion Rate = 75% (3 out of 4)

Drill Down
Clicking on the value in the report will take the user to the Call Log Report for the Time Period.
