% of Bookable Calls
This report displays the percentage of bookable calls. This represents that out of the calls that were answered, what percentage of those calls were marked as Eligible for Booking.
For example, if there were 10 calls, 4 were bookable and 3 resulted with a new service call, then:
- Booking Rate = 40% (4 out of 10)
- Conversion Rate = 75% (3 out of 4)

Drill Down
Clicking on the value in the report will take the user to the Call Log Report for the Time Period.
