Export Logs & Technician Download Tracking
The Export Logs & Technician Download Tracking report gives dealers one place to monitor Command Center exports, Non-Export changes, technician download status, and app versions.
This report helps identify technicians who may not have the latest Command Center changes or the latest version of the Technician App.
Where to Find the Report
From the Command Center:
- Go to Reports.
- Find the Technician section.
- Click Export Logs & Technician Download Tracking.
Report Overview
At the top of the report, there are four summary cards:
- Last Command Center Export
- Last Non-Export Configuration Change
- Out of Sync Technicians
- Outdated App Version
Each card provides a quick summary and can be selected to view more detailed information.
1. Last Command Center Export

A Command Center Export includes changes that require an Export before they are sent to Technician Apps, such as:

The All Dates filter can also be used to review Export activity from a specific date or period.

Understanding Export and Download Status
There are two ways Command Center changes can reach Technician Apps.
Command Center Export Changes
Some changes, such as ESM or Flat Rate updates, require a Command Center Export first.
After the Export is completed, the Technician App must download the new update.
Non-Export Configuration Changes
Some settings do not require a Command Center Export.
These changes are sent directly to the Technician Apps and become available for the device to receive or download.
Notes:
- The Last Command Center Export and Last Non-Export Configuration Change cards show the latest activity from the Command Center.
- A technician can have different statuses for their Tablet and Phone because each device is tracked separately.
- Out of Sync means the device has not yet received the latest available update.
- Synced means the device has successfully received the latest update.
- No Device means there is currently no tracked device associated with that technician.
- The App Version Status is separate from the technician's download status. A technician can be using the latest app version but still be Out of Sync with Command Center changes.
- Use the Activity Log and device information popup when troubleshooting technician download issues.
- Dealers can use this report to quickly confirm whether Command Center changes have been exported, whether Non-Export changes were processed, and whether Technician Apps are up to date.
