Overview - 19.2
Version 19.2 is a major release focused on strengthening platform security and improving overall system reliability across both the Command Center and P3 Apps. This update introduces a full implementation of One-Time Password (OTP) security, along with additional safeguards around sensitive actions and user sessions.
With this release, OTP is now fully integrated into the platform, providing an added layer of verification for critical activities such as logging in, updating dealer information, deleting customer records, and sending bulk emails. In addition, we’ve implemented single active session enforcement per admin user, further enhancing account security and reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
Alongside these security enhancements, version 19.2 includes a large number of Command Center, and App fixes, addressing issues related to invoicing, service agreements, syncing, texting, permissions, and overall system behavior. These fixes improve data accuracy, eliminate workflow interruptions, and provide a more stable experience for both office staff and technicians.
