We’ve introduced a new setting that allows users to customize the maximum duration for incoming voicemails, with support for messages up to 10 minutes long. Previously, voicemail recordings were limited to just 30 seconds, which often proved too restrictive for callers who needed more time to provide detailed information.

By increasing this limit and making it configurable, we’re improving both the caller experience and the quality of information received by users. This leads to fewer follow-ups for clarification and enables faster, more informed responses.

Locate Setting:

1. From left-hand panel, click on Settings

2. Scroll down to Telephone Integration

3. Click on General Settings

4. Click on Unanswered Calls During Business Hours or During After Hours - each have separate setting for Voicemail Duration

5. Set Voice Mail Duration by desired length in Seconds

6. Save
