Ability to Edit Email Subject Line when Sending ESM Proposals
We’ve enhanced the ESM Proposal sending experience by introducing editable Email Subject Line fields right at the point of sending. Instead of relying on pre-set or static subject lines, admins and technicians now have the flexibility to quickly tailor the subject for each proposal in real time. This small but powerful update helps ensure that every message feels relevant, clear, and aligned with the context of the proposal being sent.
Locate Subject Line Field:
Go to a Proposal in any of the following page:
Proposal Comparison View
Proposal Single View
Proposal Edit View
Click on Send Proposal or Email Proposal Option
In the Send Email screen, new Subject Field is observered per Proposal Option
