Ability to Add, Delete, and Edit Non-P3 data
We’ve introduced the ability for users to add, edit, and delete Non-P3 Service Calls and Invoices directly within the system. Previously, making any changes to these records required submitting a Data Load Request to the P3 Team, which added extra steps and often delayed updates. This enhancement removes that dependency and puts control back into the hands of users.
Locate Non-P3 Data Table:
From Top Panel, click on the Search Bar
Search and pull up a Customer Record
Scroll down to Non PPP Service Calls and Invoices table

Notes:
The permission to Add, Edit, and Delete Non-P3 Data is enabled for Super Admins by default. For Normal Admin Users, please reach out to your Administrator to gain access.
This functionality is only available in the Command Center.
