Monthly Email Report on Upcoming Service Agreement Expiration
We’ve introduced a new functionality that automatically sends an internal email summary of all service agreements set to expire in the upcoming month. This proactive feature is designed to give dealers better visibility into upcoming renewals, helping them stay ahead of deadlines and take timely action.
Previously, tracking expiring agreements often required manual checks or running reports, which could lead to missed opportunities or last-minute follow-ups. With this update, a consolidated summary is delivered directly via email a few days before the current month ends, ensuring that all relevant information is surfaced at the right time without additional effort.
Locate Setting:
From left panel, cllick on Settings
Scroll down to Service Agreement section
Click on General Settings
Find Do you want to send an internal notification for Service Agreement Expiration Report? and set to Yes
A new field appears Email Addresses to Receive Expiration Report
Enter email address that will receive the email summary report

You can add more email addresses that will receive the Email Summary by separating them with commas. For example: user1@email.com,user2@email.com
