One Click – Phone App - Add Contact Info
We’ve added the ability to view, add, and edit contact information in the Customer Record screen for the Phone Apps (both iOS and Android).
Previously, this option was only available in the iPad and tablet versions, and users couldn’t manage contact details directly from the phone interface. With this update, users can now easily maintain customer contact information from their mobile devices.
Steps to Add or Edit Contact Information
Open the P3 Mobile App on your phone (iOS or Android).
Go to the Customer Record screen.
Tap Contact Info.
You can now view, add, or edit the customer’s contact details.
Tap Save to confirm your changes.

- This update helps improve data accuracy and saves time by allowing technicians and users to update customer contact information directly from their phones without needing to switch to a tablet or desktop device.
